At Sherydane, Made in France is a strong, committed, and assumed choice. Our menstrual panties are manufactured in France by a renowned textile factory, specializing since 1947, and distinguished since 2019 by the State label Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV).
This official label highlights the excellence of French savoir-faire, technical mastery, and the expertise of the women and men who perpetuate exceptional crafts.

This factory is today one of the last textile companies whose manufacturing chain is entirely French, without any delocalization for over 70 years. A rare heritage, full of history, resilience, and high standards, which Sherydane is proud to support and keep alive.

By entrusting our production to this EPV-certified factory, we affirm the importance we place on your health, comfort, and well-being, but also on respecting human and environmental values.

Each Sherydane panty is carefully made by passionate seamstresses. You might sometimes find their first name written inside: a symbolic gesture that embodies transparency, recognition of artisanal work, and the human connection at the heart of our approach.

Origine France Garantie Label

Products bearing the Origine France Garantie label attest to manufacturing primarily in France according to strict criteria. This independent certification guarantees that at least 50% of the product's cost price is acquired in France and that the essential manufacturing step is carried out on French territory. Controlled by independent certification bodies, this label ensures real transparency regarding the origin of production. It promotes French industrial expertise, supports the local economy, and helps maintain high standards of quality and traceability.

At Sherydane, we pay particular attention to the choice of materials to offer menstrual panties that are comfortable, durable, and body-friendly.

GOTS Certified Organic Cotton

At Sherydane, we select high-quality natural materials to ensure comfort, durability, and respect for the body. Our panties are made with organic cotton certified Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), one of the most demanding textile standards in the world. This international label guarantees that the cotton is grown without harmful pesticides or chemicals, while ensuring complete traceability of the fiber, from cultivation to textile manufacturing.

GOTS certification also imposes strict social requirements, inspired by the conventions of the International Labour Organization, to ensure decent working conditions for producers and workers in the textile chain. This label thus ensures production that is more respectful of the earth, natural resources, and the people who cultivate and process cotton.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Label

The fabrics used in Sherydane panties are also certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100, a globally recognized certification for textile safety. This label guarantees that every component of the product, including fabrics, threads, elastics, and dyes, has been tested by recognized independent institutes to verify the absence of substances harmful to health.

Several hundred potentially irritating or toxic substances are controlled according to strict criteria. This certification is particularly important for products in direct contact with the skin, and even more so for menstrual panties worn for several hours. Thanks to these requirements, Sherydane offers safer, healthier protections adapted to sensitive intimate areas.


An absorbent layer of natural viscose

At the heart of Sherydane's technology is an absorbent layer of natural viscose, selected for its absorbent, breathable, and soft-to-the-skin properties.

Viscose is a fiber made from natural raw materials, recognized for its ability to effectively absorb moisture while promoting good air circulation. It thus helps to limit the feeling of dampness and improve comfort over the hours.

Thanks to its structure, this antibacterial layer contributes to a healthier and more balanced environment, by naturally reducing conditions favorable to odor development. It offers reliable protection, without the addition of aggressive chemical treatments or controversial substances.

Combined with the other technical layers of Sherydane menstrual panties, viscose plays a key role in the overall performance of the product:

  • Extended comfort,
  • Feeling of freshness and security.

This approach allows for the combination of textile performance and respect for intimacy, in a logic of natural, durable, and responsible protection.

How does it work?

Our panties absorb the equivalent of 2 to 5 tampons

Light-medium flow (2 to 3 tampons)

Heavy flow: 4 to 5 tampons

  2. Second layer to retain blood and antibacterial to absorb odors (1 to 2 layers depending on models and light, medium, or heavy flow). 85% Viscose - 15% polyester
  3. Third waterproof layer to protect against leaks. 100% polyester polyurethane coating.

The menstrual panty

It is made with 4 superimposed layers of technical fabrics. The first layer in direct contact with the skin is made of organic cotton (product from organic farming). It is designed to keep you dry without moisture. The second layer retains blood and absorbs odors; it is antibacterial and breathable. The third waterproof layer protects against leaks. Finally, the fourth organic cotton layer is a thin and pleasant clean layer. The bottom seam is completely invisible under your clothes. This panty is suitable for light to medium flow and absorbs 2 to 3 tampons.

The menstrual shorty & high-waisted absorbent panty

The shorty and high-waisted panty are made with 5 superimposed layers of technical fabrics.

The first layer in direct contact with the skin is made of organic cotton. It is designed to keep you dry without moisture. The second and third layers retain abundant blood flow, are antibacterial and anti-odor for guaranteed comfort for several hours. The third waterproof layer protects against leaks. Finally, the fourth organic cotton layer is a thin and pleasant clean layer. The bottom seam is completely flat to remain invisible under clothes.

These two natural solutions absorb the equivalent of 4 to 5 tampons. For more than abundant or hemorrhagic flow, we advise you to plan one or two spare panties so as not to find yourself in an embarrassing situation. Sherydane waterproof carrying pouches allow you to travel and transport your clean or soiled panties with peace of mind.
