At Sherydane , delivery is free in France with no minimum purchase required, on all our products.
For other countries, fees may apply, but we regularly offer free delivery above a certain purchase amount and depending on the destination.

We are committed to shipping your orders within 2 to 5 business days , depending on product availability and your delivery location.
Our shop ships internationally and delivery times may vary depending on local or independent carriers.

Responsible and anti-waste production

Our model is based on on -demand, small-scale production . If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been placed on pre-order . Our seamstresses then carefully craft your period panties, and shipping is carried out in the order in which orders are received .

    Ethical logistics with no hidden extra costs

    Sherydane does not charge any additional management or logistics fees . In the event of a price change, no refund will be issued, as you only pay for what is strictly necessary.

    We favour natural, recyclable or biodegradable packaging : recycled cardboard and bags for eco-responsible delivery.

    ⚠️ Postal responsibility

    Once the package has been handed over to the postal service or carrier, Sherydane declines all responsibility in the event of:

    • delay,

    • loss,

    • damaged or defective package.

    Returns, exchanges and refunds

    At Sherydane , your satisfaction is our priority 💜
    That's why we offer you the possibility to exchange your unworn menstrual panties and shorts within 30 days of your purchase from our online store.

    Important: For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying our products only over your own underwear. As a zero-waste brand, we only accept new, unworn items in their original packaging , so we can give them a second life.

    Have you changed your mind, size, or color?

    No worries !
    Simply contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization, then send the item back to us.

    Upon receipt, we will quickly ship you the desired model:

    • Free of charge if your initial order benefited from free delivery (from a certain purchase amount depending on your region).

    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility . If your order did not meet the above conditions, the return shipping and reshipment costs will be charged to you.

    If you have filled out the return form on our store, simply wait for confirmation from our customer service before sending your package.

    Refund

    Once your return is validated, you have two options:

    • Receive a credit in the form of an electronic voucher, valid immediately on our store.

    Prepare your return package

    To ensure your request is processed correctly, please:

    1. Slip a copy of the order number and the return number you received inside the package.
      (Without these numbers, we cannot guarantee the processing of the return.)

    2. Return only new, unworn items in their original packaging .
