How do I care for my menstrual underwear for optimal effectiveness and longevity?

  • Soak your underwear for 2 hours in cold water . This step softens the fibers and optimizes absorbency before first use.
  • Machine wash after soaking with a cotton program at 30° - 40°C max.
  • Allow to air dry.

✅ After each use:

🌿 Rinse immediately:

  • Rinse the panties in cold water until the water runs clear.

👚 Machine wash:

  • Wash it with the rest of your laundry or in a laundry bag at a maximum of 40°C .
  • You can also hand wash it for faster drying.

🚫 Drying:

  • Dry your panties in the open air on a clothesline.
  • Absolutely avoid tumble dryers and drying on radiators, which damage the absorbent fibers.

❌ Products to avoid:

  • Do not use fabric softener, conditioner, or Marseille soap that is too oily. These products clog the fabric and reduce absorbency.

  • Wash your panties directly in the washing machine on a cold cycle at the end of the cycle, then let them air dry. If necessary, wash them a second time at a maximum of 40°C .
